Yellow Owl Workshop accepts various payment methods for orders. Customers can pay using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, or through PayPal. For new customers, pre-payment is required on all opening orders. Payments are processed at the time the order is shipped. For established customers, Net 30 Terms are available upon approval. These customers must maintain a yearly purchase balance of $500 to remain on terms. Late paying accounts will be reverted to credit card terms. Orders for accounts with past due invoices will be held until the balance is cleared. Any bounced checks will incur a $20 administrative fee.

Please note that all Yellow Owl Workshop goods must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed cards, stamps, and jewelry may not be broken up for individual sale. If you are selling goods online, credit must be given to Yellow Owl Workshop. Retailers may not sell their products on third-party platforms without prior written permission.

Defective items can be exchanged for product, credit, or refund. Damaged or defective items must be reported within seven days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping and handling charges. Returns are not accepted on unsold merchandise. To reduce processing time and costs for everybody, case packs cannot be broken.
